The Leavitt Machinery Knox Mountain Hill Climb is an annual event at Knox Mountain Park, in the City of Kelowna BC, Canada. The 2.2 mile (3.5 km) paved road to the summit is narrow with off-camber corners, steep grades, and climbs approximately 800 feet (245 meters) in elevation for an average grade of 6.7%. The current hill record is 1m:34.903, held by Aran Cook of Edmonton, Alberta.

The Central Okanagan Bursary and Scholarship Society (COBSS) is a charitable foundation composed of volunteers from the Central Okanagan area who are dedicated to providing financial assistance to our Grade 12 graduates in order that they may further their post-secondary education.
These awards are intended for students entering a college, university or other post-secondary institution in September of their graduation year. Over the years, COBSS has distributed several million dollars to deserving graduating students from the Central Okanagan.
The Westbank Museum was established in 1978 to provide a repository for artifacts of the early days of the Westbank area, to generate community programs of historical and cultural worth, and to preserve Westbank heritage.
